PUTTING CONTEST RULES:
3 PUTTS TO WIN – OWN BALL
Each participant will attempt a 10-foot putt. ONLY those who successfully make the 10-foot putt will then attempt a 30-foot putt. ONLY those who successfully make the 30-foot putt will then attempt to make a 50-foot putt. Each participant successfully making the 50-foot putt will share equally in the $10,000 prize. (NO PRACTICE PUTTS OR MULLIGANS ARE PERMITTED)
HOLE-IN-ONE CONTEST RULES:
Each participant will attempt to successfully hit a hole-in-one on the designated hole. Each participant successfully making a hole-in-one will share equally in the $25,000 prize. (NO MULLIGANS OR RED TEES ARE PERMITTED)
CLOSEST-TO-THE-PIN
When you arrive at the par three designated as the CLOSEST-TO-THE-PIN contest hole. If your shot lands CLOSEST-TO-THE-PIN you will receive a prize.

Through the submission of this registration form and by subsequent enrollment into this program, I indemnify and hold harmless Appalachian State University as well as its representatives from any claims for personal illness or injury that might occur to me during my participation in this program.
